About Me

I am a Class A Master Teaching Professional certified by the Professional Golf Teachers Association of America (PGTAA), achieved US Kids Golf Coach 1 certification and have begun my journey in the PGA PGM program as an Affiliate. I have played golf for over 35 years and in that time played in many tournaments. I am a low to mid single digit handicap and always trying to improve, as I am sure you are as well, and I would love to help you become a more consistent player.

There is so much information available on the internet that it can all become very confusing. The amateur golfer is left looking for a needle in a haystack to find their natural consistent swing.
 
I served 10 years in the U.S. Air Force and received my Associate degree in Computer Engineering with emphasis on networking. I currently work as a civilian for the U.S. Army as a Cybersecurity/IA Specialist. I enjoy teaching and golf and have found my passion in combining the two in a meaningful pursuit.
 
In March 2022 I pursued certification as a Master Teaching Professional through the PGTAA to greatly enhance my knowledge of golf and golf teaching methods and practices to become the best teacher I can be. Got certified by US Kids Golf in September 2024 to better understand how to teach junior golfers the game. And as of August 2025, have begun my journey in the PGA PGM program as an Affiliate to become a Class A PGA professional. 
 
I look forward to sharing my 35+ years of playing experience and my many years of teaching experience to help those who want to find their natural swing and play their best golf.
